Managing Director
Nicos holds a BSc degree in Operations Management and an MSc degree in Management Science & Operational Research from the University of Warwick. He is currently the managing director and a trainer with HRm Consultants, a firm that specializes on the Human Capital, providing systems and implementing techniques around this valuable asset. He has been a motivational speaker for the last 10 years, on a number of fields and topics, always placing the individual at the centre. He is also a lecturer at the University of Nicosia, since 1997, and apart from human resource management topics, he delivers Operations Management and Project Management modules, at both under and post graduate levels. He has served as member, in a number of public and private companies’ boards of directors.
Leonidas A. Alexandrou Training and Development Manager
Leonidas studies were BA in Business Administration and MSc in Risk Management from the University of Southampton. Through his student and professional career he served actively in different bodies and societies both at the educational and professional way. His interaction and experience gained as an active member of these bodies helped him develop excellent communication skills and leadership attributes. At HRm Consultants he specializes in training. Heading the training section of the company. His high E.Q factor combined with his ability to adapt and learn fast, helped him to become an enthusiastic presenter for a number of topics. Leonidas is spending his free time going to practice due to the fact that he is a handball player participating in the professional handball league of Cyprus.
Vangelis Eleftheriou Business Consultant
Vangelis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management and a Master’s degree in Managing Business Performance from the University of Salford. During his postgraduate study he became interested in the filed of business performance measurement, management and improvement. He successfully attended Six Sigma Black Belt Master Training within a UK leading company and he is Accredited Internal Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Auditor. In HRm Consultants, as Business Consultant he specializes in the design and implementation of Performance Management Frameworks and Systems, Business Re-engineering and Restructuring, Business Planning, Risk Assessment and other consultancy services. Vangelis is a keen reader of books and journals in the fields of Project Management, Lean Thinking and Business Performance Improvement.
Elena Stylianou
Recruitment Officer
Elena holds the position of Recruitment Officer with HRm Consultants. Her main duties include matching candidates to suitable jobs, keeping and maintaining the CV’s database, interviewing and testing job seekers and many more. She holds a BSc degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and plans to undertake a MSc in Human Resource Management. She possesses excellent communicative skills and she is regarded as an effective and efficient team member. Elena is full of enthusiasm and shows a keen interest in Human Capital issues. She also tries to keep abreast of new developments in the field.
